All our bedrooms have been individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They all have a colour television, hospitality trays as well as a number of other little ‘extras’ to help you enjoy your stay. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities which include a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and mirror with shaving point.

Why not try our Luxury room which gives you added space for extra comfort. It boasts a seating area in the bay window, for you to enjoy your coffee perhaps? This room offers both a double and a single bed, so if you prefer twin beds or a double bed then this could be the room for you. For a finishing touch, we can add a bottle of Champagne, a bouquet of flowers and Belgian chocolates at an added cost. Please ask for details.

Rooms are usually available from 12.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for your luggage to be collected later in the day.

We need 3 clear days notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given, we will charge your debit/credit card in full. If however, the room is re-let to another customer, we will only charge for any shortfall or the deposit amount only. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the room in the event of a short notice cancellation. We regret that deposits are non-refundable. An insurance proposal form will be included with your confirmation of booking with us, which we recommend that you use to cover unforeseen circumstances.

We have 3 parking spaces available for guests. Please ask about availability on booking. Please note that guest cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
